2. This application is filed for modification of the order dated 16.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10093 of 2024 by this Court to the extent of extension of period of surrender.
3. Considering the reasons as stated in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52348 of 2024(2) dt.30-08-2024 2/2 modification application and the grounds submitted on behalf the petitioners, let the time to surrender of the above named petitioners pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 396 of 2023 be further extended by four weeks' from today subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bonds.
4. Accordingly, the order dated 16.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10093 of 2024 stands modified to the extent above .
5. The modification application is allowed.
