JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2019 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 30.4.2019 passed in CWJC No. 9614 of 2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence instead of "Circle Officer Pachrukhi" "Circle Officer, Barharia Siwan was made party in the writ petition and as such the said error has crept in the order dated 30.4.2019. In view of the above, on the 2nd page of the order instead of "Circle Officer, Barharia and Circle Officer, Siwan" it should be read as "Circle Officer, Pachrukhi", District- Siwan.

Patna High Court MJC No.2287 of 2019(2) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 The order dated 30.4.2019 passed in CWJC No. 9614 of 2019 is modified to the aforesaid extent.

Accordingly, the modification petition stands disposed of.
