Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 120(b) and other sections of the IPC.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have obtained the job of teacher by submitting forged and fabricated academic documents.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that at the time of appointment all the relevant documents of the petitioner were examined by competent authority. Thereafter she was offered appointment.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner obtained job by help of forged documents.

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused with direction to the petitioner to surrender and seek regular bail, which would be disposed of on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) asmit/- U T
