ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of cognizance dated 11.12.2012 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya, in Complaint case No. C-593 of 2012, Trial No. 2521 of 2012.

The case of the Complainant is that she was working in a Cooperative Society and was performing her duty with all honesty. However, the accused persons started to threaten her with prospects of being laid off unless they were paid bribe.

It has been submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that the allegations are completely oral in nature and there is no further

On the last occasion, notices had been issued to the Opposite Party No. 2 but none appears on her behalf. Having considered the vague nature of allegations which have no prospects of being proved, the application is allowed and the Proceeding including the order dated 11.12.2012 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya, in Complaint case No. C-593 of 2012, Trial No. 2521 of 2012, against all the accused persons, is hereby set aside.
