The petitioner seeks regular bail in Udwantnagar P.S. Case No.197 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 447, 307, 506/34, 302 of I.P.C.

Allegation as per the F.I.R. against the petitioner is of instigating other accused persons in killing the deceased by indiscriminate firing.

Submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner is that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. in this case but son of the deceased has named this petitioner as a person who was instigating the co-accused persons. She is in custody for more than 1 1⁄2 months.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39999 of 2017 (2) dt.22-08-2017 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that there is no allegation of assault against the petitioner, as stated above, let the petitioner , above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara, in Udwantnagar P.S. Case No.197/ of 2017 subject to the conditions that one of the bailors must be of local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of this court and she will cooperate in the trial and appear before the court concerned on each and every date fixed in the case, failing which his bail bond will be cancelled.
