ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-09-2015 The Petitioners seek quashing of the order of nondischarge dated 14.12.2012 passed by the 3rd Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge, Darbhanga in Sessions Trial No.303 of 2012 arising out of Sadar (Darbhanga) P.S. case No.97 of 2010. The Counsel for the Petitioners submits that no offence is made out as against the Petitioners and hence they should be discharged.

Unfortunately on going through the records of the case, I would not be inclined to agree with such submissions. Hence, the application is dismissed with a direction to the Trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting

No.14094 of 2013 dt.01-09-2015 2/2 unnecessary adjournments to any party, for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witnesses for their examination along with a copy of this order to the S.P., Darbhanga, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the trial.
