BAJANTHRI ORAL ORDER 10-05-2024 The present MJC-Contempt petition is filed for noncompliance of the order dated 04.01.2022 passed in CWJC No. 9399 of 2020. On 04.01.2022 while disposing of CWJC No. 9939 of 2020, competent authority was directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner for promotion.

2. In the show cause along with the documents they have highlighted the number of vacancies and position of the petitioner and they have have come to the conclusion that there are large number of persons who were over and above of the

Patna High Court MJC No.1374 of 2022(4) dt.10-05-2024 2/2 petitioner to be considered and vacancies are only 13 whereas the petitioner name is at Serial Number 171. Therefore, there is compliance of the orders of this Court dated 04.01.2022 passed in CWJC No. 9399 of 2020.
