2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 24.300 litres of illegal Nepali liquor was recovered from a shop.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady and she has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has one criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 21.05.2026. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties as well as the fact that petitioner is a lady, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court-I, Darbhanga /concerned Court below in connection with Excise Sadar P.S. Case No. 196 of 2026.
