JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 01-03-2017 This case has come up under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioners. It has been submitted that address of the petitioners has been inadvertently typed in the bail petition as resident of village "Kharita" whereas it should have been "Khanita" and the same has been typed in the cause title of the order dated 13.2.2017.

The counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to make necessary correction in the bail petition with regard to the name of village during course of the day.

Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, in the cause title of the order dated 13.02.2017, in place of „Village-Kharita‟, it should be read as "Village-Khanita". The cause title of order dated 13.02.2017

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53529 of 2016 (4) dt.01-03-2017 2/2 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.

Let this order be communicated to the Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No.148 of 2016.
