The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Session Tr. No. 162 of 2018 arising out of Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 61 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 307, 427, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against petitioner is that he helped other co-accused Vishal Kumar in fleeing by motorcycle. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. There is no specific allegation against petitioner of firing upon the informant. Petitioner is remanded in this case on 19.02.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Session Judge I/C, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Session Tr. No. 162 of 2018 arising out of Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 61 of 2017.
