The petitioner seeks bail in Rajpur P. S. Case No. 25 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that mere suspicion has been raised against this petitioner in the written report.

In the written report, it is alleged that son of informant had gone with Luli @ Lali Paswn and Sanjay Bhuiyan @ Sadhu to take Pakauri and did not return . The informant found his dead body on the next day at 6.45 AM in the morning. The informant has raised suspicion that this petitioner prior to the alleged date of occurrence had caught hold the hand of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40809 of 2019(2) dt.08-07-2019 2/2 daughter-in-law of informant with bad intention and when son ( since deceased ) of the informant made protest then he gave threat to his son of dire consequence.

In this manner, only suspicion has been raised against this petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 9.3. 2019 having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM, Bikramganj, Dist. Rohtas in connection with Rajpur P. S. Case No. 25 of 2019 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner .
