The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Narpatganj (Ghurna) P.S. Case No. 615 of 2019 registered under Sections 148, 149, 341, 323, 326(A), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits similarly situated co-accused have already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 11622 of 2021 on 17.02.2021, as contending Annexure-1 to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40932 of 2020(3) dt.15-11-2021 2/2 supplementary affidavit.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj (Ghurna) P.S. Case No. 615 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
