JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-03-2018 The trial court vide letter no. 51 dated 23.02.2018 has sought three months more time for disposal of Session trial no. 686 of 2016 on the ground that certain documents have been sent to the Director, Finger Print Bureau, C.I.D, Bihar, Patna for verification of signature of deceased and the verification report is awaited.

It would appear from the aforesaid letter of learned trial court that the Session Trial no. 686 of 2016 has been virtually delayed due to none receipt of report from the concerned department.
