The Petitioners filed a supplementary affidavit stating therein that he has been regularly depositing the amount as directed by this Court.

Considering that settlement process is going on in the Court below, the Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 24.2.2014 passed in connection with Complaint Case No. C-1/54/2013 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar, is hereby confirmed on the same terms.
