JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 08-10-2015 From perusal of the anticipatory bail application I find that there is no reasonable apprehension alleged by the petitioner as to why he is apprehending his arrest in this particular case particularly when he has specifically alleged in the application that he is not named in the present case and that there is no evidence against him.
Therefore, in view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances I find that this criminal miscellaneous application i.e. anticipatory bail application is not maintainable. Accordingly, it is dismissed. If any reasonable cause will arise for apprehension in future, the petitioner may again move.
