The writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "That the present writ petition is for issuance of an appropriate writ or direction commanding the respondents to pay the petitioner his outstanding admitted dues concerning the work done in the construction of "Pradhan Mantri Gramin Sarak Nirman Yojna" for the (I) Package No. BR-29R185 from Sattour to Koila (ii) Package No. 189 from Dumra to Dholman Tola and (iii) Package

Patna High Court CWJC No.13404 of 2019(3) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 No. 190 from Inaitpur to Mohammadpur, the work allotted to him under the Official Order Letter No. 872 dated 07.07.2015 issued by the Executive Engineer Rural Works Department Works Division, Saharsa."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to approach the respondent no. 6 for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

Liberty so sought is granted.
