2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 336 of 2024 registered under Sections 21(c), 22 and 23 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
3. As per prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to be driver of the seized vehicle, from which 2200 bottles of cough syrup, 300 Nitrazepam tablets and 11520 Tamadol Hydrochloride capsules were recovered.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to local politics. Further submission is that petitioner is neither the owner nor the driver

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, NDPS Act, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 336 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
