Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code. He is named in the First Information Report and is said to have snatched the spade from the informant and inflicted cut wound on his parietal region, which may not be grievous but it is certainly dangerous. In the circumstances, let petitioner surrender in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Uchkagaun P.S. Case No. 108/15 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the court below and apply for regular bail, which should be considered in accordance
