Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 379 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code. He is named in the First Information Report along with two others including one unknown. No specific overt act has been alleged against any of the three. It is submitted that after filing of the case informant has also filed compromise petition dated 28.07.2015, Annexure-3 before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabhua.
