This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with P.Tr. No.21 of 2018 arising out of Pakaridayal P.S.Case no.33 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 376,504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that is of committing rape of the relative of the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case. He is in custody since 10.3.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56273 of 2018 (3) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
