This application is for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sadar P.S.Case No.331 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 326, 324, 448 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that although there is allegation of assault against the petitioner by 'Lathi' but from perusal of the FIR itself , it appears that it was due to family dispute between the brothers and now a compromise has also been reached between the parties.

Having heard both sides. In view of the allegations as alleged and considering the fact that there was a family dispute, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sadar P.S.Case No.331 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
