Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,324,326,307,302,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is informant of the case and has supported allegation against three named, as eye witness of the occurrence. However, during course of investigation, it reveals that the petitioner was the real culprit, hence, he has been added as accused.

Considering the aforesaid facts and submission of the petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50644 of 2017 (3) dt.02-01-2018 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jamui Police Station Case No.188 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
