The petitioner seeks bail in Sadar P.S. Case No. 63/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 302 and 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report that son of the informant was living in a rented house with this petitioner at Kabirchak, Mathurapur. The informant got information on the date of occurrence at about 7 A.M. on his mobile that his son has died. Thereafter, informant along with his family members went to Mathurapur and found dead body of his son. The informant raised suspicion against this petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58186 of 2018 (3) dt.31-10-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is lady. She has no criminal antecedent. She is in custody since 08.03.2018. It is further submitted that in the written report as well as in the entire case diary, only suspicion has been raised against this petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Darbhanga in connection with S.Tr. No. 292/2018, arising out of Sadar P.S. Case No. 63/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J.) Rakhi U T
