JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 11-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in Patna Kotwali P.S. Case No. 504 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections-420, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-63 of Copy Right Act. As per written report, the informant with police personnel raided the godown of Mahabir Electric Works at Goriya Toli and, in huge quantity duplicate articles of Haveals company were recovered from the godown. The owner of the shop of the godown absconded after seeing the police party.

The seizure list was prepared which is enclosed with the FIR which shows that in huge quantity, duplicate wires and other articles were recovered from aforesaid godown. The petitioner is owner of the Mahabir Electric Works.

Therefore, this court is not inclined to grant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41817 of 2017 (2) dt.11-09-2017 anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, which will be considered by the court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
