JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 This revision application has been brought under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the advocate in which the petitioner was allowed bail on 06.12.2019. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in the last paragraph of the order dated 06.12.2019, inadvertently, the words "Juvenile Justice Board, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with J.J.B. Case No. 30 of 2019 arising out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 8 of 2019 subject to the condition that father" have wrongly been typed in place of "Juvenile Justice Board, Gopalganj in connection with J.E. No. 32 of 2019 arising out of Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 93 of 2019 subject to the condition that mother."
In view of the above submission, let the words
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.770 of 2019(6) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 "Juvenile Justice Board, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with J.J.B. Case No. 30 of 2019 arising out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 8 of 2019 subject to the condition that father" be corrected to be read as "Juvenile Justice Board, Gopalganj in connection with J.E. No. 32 of 2019 arising out of Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 93 of 2019 subject to the condition that mother." Accordingly, the order dated 06.12.2019 is rectified to the extent above.
