The present application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 53982 of 2019 to its original file which was dismissed on 26.02.2020 for non-compliance of peremptory order dated 19.02.2020 passed by this Court.

Considering the statements made in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35936 of 2020(2) dt.01-02-2021 2/2 supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 53982 of 2019, Cr. Misc. No. 53982 of 2019 is restored to its original file.

Accordingly, the present restoration application is allowed.
