====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-07-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(1), 351(2) & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., co-accused Bittu Ram along with Amit Kumar inflicted knife injury to one Priyanshu Kumar on his back & stomach. It is further alleged that the accused persons snatched Rs. 15,000/- cash and gold chain from the neck of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Specific

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43416 of 2026(2) dt.21-07-2026 2/2 accusation of assault is against other accused persons and there is no allegation of any assault against petitioner. Rest of the allegations are ornamental only to make the case grave. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saran, Chapra in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita.
