Indisputably, the prayer for anticipatory bail made on behalf of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court by order dated 08.04.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 11653 of 2016, as contained in Annexure-1 to this application, on the ground of concealment of material facts. Despite aforesaid rejection, the petitioner did not surrender in the court below and did not apply for regular bail and has filed the present application once again for grant of anticipatory bail.
In the factual background of this case and in view of the nature of allegations disclosed in the FIR, this Court is not inclined to accede to the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.Case No. 187 of 2012 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur is rejected once again. The petitioner must surrender in the court below and apply for regular bail which shall be
