P.S.Case No. 544 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of causing death of his wife.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact she consumed poison due to quarrel between husband and wife, which will appear from paragraph-7 of the case diary and later on the when informant came to know the fact he has filed a written report before supervising authority and also filed a petition before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate disclosing that the present case has been filed on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60739 of 2018(4) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 suspicion and on misrepresentation of fact and petitioner is in custody since 5.6.2018.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Madhepura (Parmanandpur O.P.) P.S.Case No. 544 of 2017, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
