JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-09-2015 Petitioner claims to have made an application for allotment of the LIG plot in the year 1999 itself after depositing the requisite money of Rs.3700/-. It is submitted that, thereafter, he has received no response at all from the Housing Board. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Housing Board stating that letters were written to the petitioner in the year 2013 and 2014 but the petitioner has not approached the Housing Board for amicable settlement.

Having regards to the aforementioned facts and

Patna High Court CWJC No.10274 of 2013 dt.11-09-2015 2 / 2 circumstances, this writ application is being disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Managing Director of the Housing Board by filling a detailed representation appending therewith copy of the necessary documents. Thereafter, the Managing Director would be required to take a decision by passing a reasoned order in this matter. If the parties want amicable settlement of the dispute then this order would not come in the way of that effort. It is expected that the aforesaid exercise would be completed within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioner. (Dr. Ravi Ranjan, J) Sanjay-II/- U
