The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-b)a and26 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, in course of checking of a tempo, fire arms is recovered from possession of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 09-05-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. One country-made pistol and one mobile is said to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40315 of 2019(2) dt.05-07-2019 2/2 named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 56 of 2019.
