The university has accepted the position that there is some error in the admit-card for which remedial measures have been taken by the university and appropriate direction has been issued to the college in

Patna High Court CWJC No.10403 of 2013 dt.14-09-2015 2/2 question to issue a corrected and fresh admit-card to the petitioners.

To that extent the petitioner has succeeded.

During the pendency of the writ application, a supplementary affidavit has also been filed that after the mark-sheet was issued to the college for B.A., B.Sc., B.Com. Part-I for the examination 2011-12, certain discrepancies in the marks have also emerged. Even this position has been accepted by the college in the second writ application and they are taking remedial measures in this regard as well.

Both the writ applications stand disposed off with a direction upon the university and the college that the controversy must be put to rest without further delay, so that the students are not unnecessarily harassed, because of the mistakes committed by the university. If the necessary corrections have already been done with regard to the mark-sheet, no further action is required. Both the writ applications stand disposed off with observation / direction as above.
