Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Moro P.S. Case No. 13 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b), 26/35 of Arms Act.

Allegation is recovery of one country made pistol with five live cartridges from the possession of petitioner. Petitioner is having criminal antecedent and is in custody since 12.05.2019, as such, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

However, after completing of one year in jail custody, the petitioner is granted liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (S. Kumar, J) veena/- U
