This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Mansahi Police Station Case No. 34 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 341/342/323/366/376/ 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a juvenile. In that background, this application for anticipatory bail cannot be entertained since the petitioner cannot have any apprehension of arrest.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner accordingly seeks permission to withdraw this application for the purpose of seeking appropriate remedy in accordance with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40600 of 2016 (2) dt.22-09-2016 2/2 law.
This application is permitted to be withdrawn with a liberty to take recourse to law, as may be permissible.
