1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. Patna High Court CWJC No.16158 of 2021(2) dt.24-01-2024 2/2 whereby respondent no.7 illegally cancelled the selection of petitioner who got more marks than Respondent no.10.
who is working on the post of Anganwari Sevika instead of her sister Minhaz Bano dead and further for selection of the petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sevika at Anganbari Centre 205 Ward no.6 under Dubha Panchaya, BlockMohiddin Nagar, P.S.- Mohiuddin Nagar, District- Samastipur."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
