Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Govindganj ( Malahi) P.S. case no. 131 of 2004, registered under Sections 307 and 302 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is named in the FIR which was lodged in the year 2004. Obviously he has been evading the process of the Court for these years. Considering the above and also the allegation contained in the FIR, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Petitioner may surrender and seek bail before the learned Court below. In case the same is preferred the Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49162 of 2015 (2) dt.06-11-2015 2/2 shall consider the same on its own merit uninfluenced by the present order.

The application is disposed of.
