2. The present modification application has been filed for modify the order dated 12.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14500 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertently the father's name of the petitioner (Nitek Kumar) has been wrongly mentioned in the anticipatory bail petition as Om Prakash Ray but in fact the father's name of the petitioner is Bal Mukund Rawat which was recorded in the order dated 12.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14500 of 2024

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50656 of 2024(2) dt.12-07-2024 2/2 as per bail application.

4. Let in cause title of the order dated 12.03.2024 the father's name of the petitioner be treated as corrected to read as "Bal Mukund Rawat" in place of "Om Prakash Ray".

5. The order dated 12.03.2024 is modified to the extent above.

6. The time for surrender and furnishing bail bond granted to the petitioner in terms of the order dated 12.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14500 of 2024 is extended by two weeks from today.

7. Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed of.
