2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sonbarsaraj P.S. Case No. 19 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. There is recovery of two pistols from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, this application for regular bail

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa/concerned Court below in connection with Sonbarsaraj P.S. Case No. 19 of 2025, subject to conditions that:- (i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Sonbarsa Raj Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner;

(ii) Both the bailors should be close blood relatives of the petitioner.
