Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special Case No. 4200 of 2020, arising out of Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 330 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 30 (a), 36 of the Bihar Liquor Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. From perusal of the seizure list at serial no.6, it is apparent that 37 bottles each containing 750 ml. whisky was recovered from the dicky of Xylo vehicle, bearing registration no. BR01PB-5121, which belongs to petitioner and petitioner is the registered owner of the said vehicle. Considering the fact and circumstances, this Court is not
