It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that he is the

Patna High Court C. REV. No.377 of 2014 dt.25-01-2017 owner of the land and this order is affecting him. However, from perusal of the order it appears that there was direction to the State respondents to not become a party in encroaching private lands.

Since, by the order under review, right, title and interest of anybody has not been declared and, therefore, petitioner's right is not affected by the order, the order does not warrant any modification or review and, as such, this review application is dismissed.
