ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 12-10-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to avail the statutory remedy of filing a revision under Rule 32 (VI) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 before the Divisional Commissioner.

Having regard to the above made submissions, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The petitioner shall file a revision within a period of four weeks from today and on such revision being filed, the same shall be taken on record and necessary orders passed within a period of eight weeks thereof. It is needless to mention that

Patna High Court CWJC No.10138 of 2023(3) dt.12-10-2023 2/2 before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner. The question of limitation shall not be raised by the respondents.
