Claim has been made by the petitioner that some portion of his land has been acquired for the construction of the bridge but payment has not been made.
It appears from the counter affidavit that Land Acquisition Officer has referred the matter to competent court under Section 37 of the Land Acquisition Act to decide the share of respective contesting parties to the lis. In such view of the matter, on conclusion of the proceeding before Special Judge Land Acquisition the
Patna High Court CWJC No.20301 of 2014 (3) dt.21-12-2017 petitioner would be paid as per the share declared by the Special Judge Land Acquisition.
With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
