This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Jankinagar P.S.Case No.89 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner as per FIR is that there was fight between two parties with regard to parking of the vehicle and the allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting bv rod on the head causing grievous injury.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case and the petitioner is in custody for about four months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54778 of 2018 (4) dt.29-10-2018 2/2 prayer for bai9l stating that the injury is grievous and that is on the head.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, once the charge is framed, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
