2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Wazirganj P.S Case No. 39 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126, 115(2), 109, 352 and 351(2) of the Bhartiya Nayaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner along with coaccused have assaulted the son of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is next submitted that there is no specific allegation against the present petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner has got one criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph no. 3 of the bail

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the FIR and impugned order, it appears that no specific allegation against the present petitioner while allegation against the other co-accused. Only one visible injury found on the son of the informant.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M First Class, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S Case No. 39 of 2025.
