JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-08-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. i. For commanding the respondents to conclude the enquiry initiated vide memo no- 2037 dated 16-09-2023 by

Patna High Court CWJC No.10256 of 2024(2) dt.01-08-2024 2/3 the District Program Officer, Bihar Education Project, Jehanabad, DistrictJehanabad, to its logical conclusion and to take final decision with regard to illegality, irregularity, illegal appointment and misappropriation of Govt. amount by the President and Secretary of the Managing Committee, Dr. Zameer Ahsan Minority High School, Dhodha, Block-Makhdumpur, District- Jehanabad who are husband and wife.

ii. For commanding the respondent authorities to enquire about the formation of Managing Committee which has been constituted in utter violation of Clause- 'a' and 'c' of Gift deed dated 13-11-1952 as well as the forged letter of the then DEO, Jehanabad vide letter no-894 dated 29-05- 1971 (without signature) which has been submitted by respondents no. 09, 10, 11 before the respondent no. 07.

iii. For commanding the respondent authorities to dispose of the representation submitted by Petitioner and local public before the District Education Officer, Jehanabad. "

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10256 of 2024(2) dt.01-08-2024 3/3 present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities especially respondent no. 5 i.e. the Regional Deputy Director Education, Jehanabad, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
