ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sankarpur P.S. Case No.6 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither the petitioner was appointed nor any salary has been drawn by him.
In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43456 of 2016 (3) dt.20-12-2016 this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Sankarpur P.S.
