The grievance raised in the writ petition is thoroughly misconceived.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University has submitted that apprehension of the petitioner about the training of the DPE from IGNOU is valid. In fact, such training is valid for the purpose of all benefits available to the trained teachers.
Considering the aforesaid, the present writ application is dismissed as misconceived.
