JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 16-10-2017 The prayer is for grant of bail in connection with Parsbigha P.S.Case No. 68 of 2017, registered under Sections 302 and 120B of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant saw a slew of persons including the petitioner who upon firing at his cousin Nirmal Bind and Sintu Bind escaping from the place of occurrence armed with weapon. Two persons lost their lives. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
