The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 400 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 386 and 307/34 the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that so far the present petitioners are concerned, the allegation has been leveled against them by some other persons, who were maliciously inclined towards the petitioner. It is further submitted that these petitioners have not been identified by the informant rather the

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner nos. 2 to 4 namely, Sanjeet Rai, Raju Rai and Sonu Rai @ Sonu Kumar, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 400 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
