JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sheohar Police Station Case No. 79 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42941 of 2016 (5) dt.09-01-2017 2/2 Taking note of allegation leveled against the petitioners as well as submission of the parties, I do not feel it proper to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Sheohar P.S.Case No. 79 of 2016, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar stands rejected. However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioners.
